Play 'EM Bench 'EM QBs For Week 4

Play ‘Em

Joe Burrow

Cincinnati Bengals vs Jacksonville Jaguars

So far this season Joe Burrow has shown why the Bengals selected him with the number one overall pick in the NFL Draft. He has had at least twenty fantasy points in his last two games. He should match or even exceed that mark this week as he is second in pass attempts per game at 47. The Jaguars have given up an average of 22.26  points per game to opposing QBs this season. They are the 28th ranked defense at defending the QB position.

Matthew Stafford

Detroit Lions vs

New Orleans Saints

This week Matthew Stafford could be in store for a big game versus the Saints. This should be a high scoring game as the Saints defense has really struggled this season to stop anyone in the pass game. The Saints have allowed nine total touchdowns to opposing QBs this season. The Saints has have given up an average of 22.21 points per game to opposing QBs this season. They are the 27th ranked defense at defending the QB position.

Bench ‘Em

Philip Rivers

Indianapolis Colts @

Chicago Bears

This offseason when Philip Rivers signed with the Colts is seemed like it would be a good move for his fantasy football value but it has not been. The reason is the Colts have been leaning on rookie RB Jonathan Taylor and the Colts excellent offensive line on the offensive side of the ball. He ranks 25th among QBs in pass attempts (30.7). The Bears have given up only two passing touchdowns and the second fewest fantasy points to QBs (11.8 PPG). The Bears have given up an average of 11.78 points per game to opposing QBs this season. They are the 2nd ranked defense at defending the QB position.

Carson Wentz

Philadelphia Eagles @

San Francisco 49ers

If you have seen the Carson Wentz play this season you know that he has not played very well. It probably will not get any easier for Wentz as he is now down TE Dallas Goedert in the pass game. Wentz has thrown at least two interceptions in each of his first three games this season. The 49ers have given up an average of 15.51 points per game to opposing QBs this season. They are the 6th ranked defense at defending the QB position.
