Play 'Em Bench 'Em RBs for Week 15

Play ‘Em

1.Doug Martin @ Cincinnati Bengals

Since Martin took over the Raiders starting RB position he has been a solid flex option. He faces the Bengals who last week allowed Phillip Lindsay to have a career game. The Bengals have given up an average of 32.19 points per game to opposing RBs this season. They are the 32nd ranked defense at defending the RB position.

2.Phillip Lindsay vs Cleveland Browns

Last week the Browns defense allowed Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey to score 2 rushing touchdowns. The Broncos have really leaned on the run game as that is what they are the best on offense. The Browns have given up an average of 27.76 points per game to opposing RBs this season. They are the 27th ranked defense at defending the RB position.

Bench ‘Em

1.Derrick Henry @ New York Giants

Last week Henry had not only a career game but one of the best games in NFL history. The fact that he splits carries would make me leery of playing him because he has not done anything until last week. The Giants have given up an average of 26.82 points per game to opposing RBs this season. They are the 25th ranked defense at defending the RB position.

2.Eagles RBs @ Los Angeles Rams

Last week the Eagles RBs really struggled as they were not able to get the run game going and threw the ball more as they were behind in the game. The Rams defense last week did not allow the Bears to get the run game going. The Rams have given up an average of 23.3 points per game to opposing RBs this season. They are the 12th ranked defense at defending the RB position.
