Play ‘Em Bench ‘Em TEs for Week 13

Play ‘Em

1. Cameron Brate vs Carolina Panthers

With O.J. Howard out for the rest of the season Brate is now the number one TE on a team that is going to throw the ball a lot. With Jamies Winston in at QB that helps Brates value as he is Winston’s favorite target to throw to. The Panthers have given up an average of 17.4 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 32nd ranked defense at defending the TE position.

2. Eric Ebron @ Jacksonville Jaguars

This season Eric Ebron has been one of the surprise player as he is having a career year. He should see an increase in value as he will get all of the TE targets with Jack Doyle going down with a Kidney injury for the rest of the season. The Jaguars have given up an average of 12.78 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 16th ranked defense at defending the TE position.

Bench ‘Em

The Giants have given up an average of 13.23 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 17th ranked defense at defending the TE position.

2. Evan Engram vs Chicago Bears

This week Engram faces the Bears who will be getting after the QB which will have Engram having to help block more than usual. He also is battling a hamstring injury which could hamper his ability to play this week. The Bears have given up an average of 9.5 points per game to opposing TEs this season.
