Play 'Em Bench 'Em TEs For Week 2

Play 'Em

1.Trey Burton Chicago Bears @ Denver Broncos

Last week you could tell the Bears offense really missed Trey Burton in the lineup as they really struggled to do anything on the offensive side of the ball. With Burton back in the lineup Mitchell Trubisky should look to Burton for short easy completions to get the offense going this week. The Broncos have given up an average of 18 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 25th ranked defense at defending the TE position.

2.Jimmy Graham Green Bay Packers vs Minnesota Vikings

If Graham showed one thing last week it was that he is a red zone threat for the Packers. Aaron Rodgers should look for Graham as he has the size and strength to out "rebound" the defender for the ball. The Vikings have gives up an average of 16.70 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 23rd defense at defending the TE position.

Bench 'Em

1.Greg Olsen Carolina Panthers vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Panthers offense is really struggling right now and there is no way you could feel confident in starting anyone in the offense. With the game on Thursday night and Olsen nursing a back injury is a bad combination. Olsen is expected to play but he may leave the game early and you will be stuck with a bad score at your TE spot all weekend long. The Buccaneers have given up an average of 13.40 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 18th ranked defense at defending the TE position.

2.Nick Vannett Seattle Seahawks @ Pittsburg Steelers

It is hard to start any of the receivers in the Seahawks offense as they are a run based offense. The only receiver that Russell Wilson really likes to throw is Tyler Lockett and he does not really throw to the TE position. The Steelers have given up an average of 1.30 points per game to opposing TEs this season. They are the 2nd ranked defense at defending the TE position.
