Play ‘EM

DeVonta Smith

Philadelphia Eagles @

Dallas Cowboys

After a big week 1 Smith had a quiet week 2 but it had a positive come out of it. The positive is he lead all Eagles receivers in targets for the second straight week. The Cowboys have given up 14 touchdown catches and the 6th most fantasy points to WRs this season. The Cowboys have given up an average of 241.5 receiving yards per game to opposing WRs this season. They have given up a top 10 WR finish in 1 of the 2 games that they have played this season. The Cowboys have given up an average of 48.90 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 28th ranked defense at defending the WR position.

Kenny Golladay

New York Giants vs

Atlanta Falcons

Last week Kenny Golladay did not have a good game but this week he has a good opportunity to bounce back versus a poor Falcons defense. With how well QB Daniel Jones has been playing that should be a positive for Golladay as the offense is running very effectively. The Falcons have given up an average of 151 receiving yards per game to opposing WRs this season. They have given up a top 10 WR finish in 1 of the 2 games that they have played this season. The Cowboys have given up an average of 43.10 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 22nd ranked defense at defending the WR position.

Bench ‘EM

Brandin Cooks

Houston Texans vs

Carolina Panthers

This season Brandin Cooks has played extremely well the first 2 weeks of the season but that may change this week. The reason is the Texans are turning to rookie QB Davis Mills due to the fact that starting QB Tyrod Taylor is injured. The Panthers have given up an average of 122.5 receiving yards per game to opposing WRs this season. They have given up a top 10 WR finish in 0 of the 2 games that they have played this season. The Panthers have given up an average of 26.80 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 5th ranked defense at defending the WR position.

Jets WRs @ Denver Broncos

This season the Jets offense has been a mess and that should continue on Sunday versus a tough Broncos defense. Jets QB Zach Wilson has turned the ball over a lot which has really hurt the Jets offense. The Broncos have given up an average of 158.5 receiving yards per game to opposing WRs this season. They have given up a top 10 WR finish in 1 of the 2 games that they have played this season. The Broncos have given up an average of 37.85 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 15th ranked defense at defending the WR position.
