Play 'EM Bench 'EM WRs For Week 5

Play 'EM

1.Adam Thielen Minnesota Vikings @ New York Giants

This past week Thielen criticized QB Kirk Cousins that he is not throwing the ball enough. This may be a good thing because usually when a receiver complains about the passing game he usually gets alot of targets the next game. The Giants have given up an average of 43.30 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 29th ranked defense at defending the WR position.

2.Chris Godwin Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New Orleans Saints

This season Godwin has been one of the biggest steals of fantasy football drafts this past summer. This week he will be matched up with Eli Apple who has really struggled to stop anyone in the passing game. The Saints have given up an average of 41.90 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 27th ranked defense at defending the WR position.

Bench 'Em

1.A.J. Brown Tennessee Titians vs Buffalo Bills

Last week Brown had his best game as a pro as he had 3 receptions for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns. He is hard to trust as he has not had more than 3 receptions in a game this season and he is on a team that is more of a run first one. The Bills have given up an average of 29.98 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 5th renked defense at defending the WR position.

2.Washington Redskins WRs vs New England Patriots

This week it will be hard to trust any of the Redskins receivers as coach Jay Gruden may not name a starting QB until 1:00 pm ET Sunday. They face a Patriots defense who have allowed only one offensive score this season. The Patriots have given up an average of 25.08 points per game to opposing WRs this season. They are the 2nd ranked defense at defending the WR position.
